Commercial Layer Production
Existing production infrastructure provides a practical base for flock management, feed planning, egg output tracking and production economics.
Olukitibi Farms combines commercial layer production with digital farm management, operational analytics and a roadmap for IoT-driven poultry intelligence.
Operational foundation in place.
Scaling production and farm intelligence together.
Olukitibi Farms is a Nigerian poultry and agribusiness venture focused on efficient commercial egg production and the use of technology to improve farm visibility, decision-making and productivity.
The company currently operates a layer facility in the Zango area of Ilorin, Kwara State, and is preparing for a larger integrated poultry development at Afon. The long-term strategy combines productive farm assets with a proprietary digital management platform that can ultimately serve other poultry operators.
Existing production infrastructure provides a practical base for flock management, feed planning, egg output tracking and production economics.
Operational records cover batches, daily activities, veterinary care, mortality, feed use, expenses, sales and profitability.
The active farm environment enables continuous testing of the management platform against the realities of day-to-day poultry operations.
The Olukitibi Farm Management & Poultry Intelligence Platform is being developed to turn routine farm records into actionable operational intelligence.
Track flock population, age, mortality, health status, movement and production lifecycle.
Monitor daily egg counts, laying performance, trends, rejects and production efficiency.
Track feed consumption, stock position, reorder thresholds and cost per production cycle.
Maintain vaccination schedules, treatments, observations and flock health history.
Connect expenses, sales, production and operational costs to management reporting.
Future monitoring for temperature, humidity, water, feed, electricity status, bird counts and abnormal movement.
Olukitibi Farms proposes to develop approximately 30 plots at Afon, Kwara State, into a larger technology-enabled poultry operation. The site is intended to support expanded commercial layer production, improved feed and water systems, renewable or backup power, storage, egg handling, logistics and progressive automation.
Olukitibi Farms is building toward external validation of its technology through a strategic pilot relationship with Edinwo Farms, an independent poultry operation with approximately 10,000-bird installed capacity situated on about 20 plots of land.
This provides a second operating environment for assessing usability, scale, reporting needs and the commercial applicability of the platform beyond Olukitibi's own production system.
Increase reliable local egg production and access to affordable animal protein.
Use data to reduce avoidable losses and improve operational decision-making.
Create direct and indirect opportunities across farming, technology, logistics and distribution.
Build tools capable of supporting farms beyond Olukitibi's own physical production capacity.
